ABOUT US HOLLYWOOD MOGUL ENTERTAINMENT is an international company based in Toronto, Canada. It was created in 2007 by VERNA LANE and THE GREAT DAVE JARRITONE. The duo have been best friends and business partners since 1991. They couldn’t be more different in personality.. but that’s what makes the team work so well! One could say that Verna is the “creative head” of the team with her firm vision, original thinking and passion for strategy. Whereas Dave is the “heart and funny bone” of the team with his perma-good-nature, comedic improvs and courtly manners. He is the front man, liaison, in-house comedian and bringer of good tidings! Together, they are an unlikely duo, but after 20 years of teaming up, they’ve nearly nailed it down to a science. The name was eventually absorbed because without the shark logo, the name itself might be interpreted as racially biased. Nothing could be further from the truth! Dave and Verna share a strong belief in multi-culturalism and acceptance, so that was not the impression we wanted to leave people with.
